Hey y'all, I just wanted to point out that I added a page that have all of my posts that have to do with courtship. haha, that and modesty are my big "pet peeves" when it comes to Christian behavior. lol!

this weekend we went up to my grandparents cottage so I could try out my new bathing suit! Thanks again to Jen Comstock! There are lots more pictures coming!

Commemeration Sunday!

Today we had a special service at church to commemorate our being able to purchase our Church building. We had Dr. Rick Flanders, an evangelist out of Vassar, MI. It was a blessing to have him! I didn't get to here him preach, except for a little bit at the end b4 I had to play invitation, because I was teaching SS first, and then helped in the Nursery during the morning service. But, Luke said he was a good preacher, and I got 'charged' just during the last 5 minutes!

After church we had a potluck, and then we went over to the park to hang out the rest of the afternoon at the park w/ some of the other kids/young adults from our church. After evening service, we had another get-together, because there was a lot of leftovers. So today was pretty busy!!

Okay, here are some pictures from this weekend! My Uncle, and his family came up from UT to visit at my g-parents cottage. So... we had tons of fun! (These pictures aren't in order, and there are more coming, like right away!)

There is a story behind these next two!!

A group of ladies from our church, went to Salvation Army Thrift Store for their 5 for 5$ sale. Colleen, somehow, found this shirt, and decided to buy it as a joke. So Sunday after church we put it on the back of Josh S.'s truck. It was funny to watch his brothers come out and see it. In the mean time, we all went inside to eat, and we were like sitting in the back at the "cool" table, and we saw Josh starting to walk outside, so we all like run to the front door, and the dude doesn't even see it! ahhh!!! So we all go back to finish eating. Then the jerk (jk) starts going outside again. So we all started to run to the door again. So he finally saw it, it was sooooo hilarious!!!!!
